P & F News

The Parents and Friends (P & F) Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday 26^th March 6:30-7:00pm in the school staffroom, followed by our regular P & F Meeting from 7:00-8:00pm. Please come along if you are interested in contributing to fundraising and community building activities - we understand life is busy but all contributions, big or small, are welcome. Students, staff, and families all love and benefit from P & F events, which include:

The Easter Raffle (where nearly every child wins a prize!)
Mother's and Father's Day stalls
The annual and much loved Silent Disco (we regularly get asked by students if we can run two per year!)
The AFL breakfast and footy colours parade
The end of year BBQ lunch
Sounds of St Cuthberts and Quiz Nights

The P & F are a friendly, dedicated group of parents and meetings are informal. There are many ways parents and families can help:

Get in touch to share your ideas - email us, message us, call the office, or drop a suggestion into the P & F drawer in the school office to pass on any thoughts
Come along to a meeting and share your ideas
Volunteer to help out with the planning of an event (often done via group chat/email)
Volunteer to help out at an event on the day
Consider joining the P & F as a General Committee Member

P&F Easter Egg Raffle

The parents & friends committee (P&F) will be running an Easter Egg raffle.

We are requesting each family donate an Easter egg(s), other edible items (confectionery or similar), craft items or toys to enable us to put together prizes. Please ensure the edible items are within the best before date. Donations can be taken to the school office from now until Friday 4th April 2025.

Raffle tickets can be pruchased via the Qkr! application of ticket books can be collected from the school office.

Tickets are $1.00 each purchased individually or in packets for $10.00.

The raffle will be drawn Monday 7th April 2025.

There will be three main prizes and possibly more depending on donations, so your generosity would be greatly appreciated.
